We don’t accept young groups if that’s what your asking. Our apartments are located in a residential complex and have had to ask groups to leave if noise etc.

We have 7 adults and 3 children, I think we'd be able to make it comfortably in the 3 bedroom apartment, can this be accommodated?

The 3 and 4 bedroom Apartment sleeps 8 maximum not 10. If we find there is more than 8 people in the flat we would ask you to leave and charge your deposit

Our group of 7 loved our stay
The employees were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment and get the keys early so we could enjoy our first day in the city without coming back later. Checkout was very easy with our early flight. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. The location was perfect for seeing the city. There was a lot of closet space, but for our needs a few luggage racks would've been ideal.
It wasn't obvious in the instructions the name of the rental office to visit across main street. I was looking within the apartment complex across from building 1 for the office. Fortunately, communication was great, and we met up with someone to help us out.

Close to restaurants, easy access to the city and Leith by bus and tram, and good access to the airport bus and tram. Great location.

Very Good
Great size of apartment. Tea coffee sugar provided. Good TV and info on surrounding area. Staff were able to keep our luggage when we arrived early
Only 2 half toilet rolls left for 2 day stay for 5 people. Bed in room next to kitchen could do with a new mattress as sags on the right hand side
